These terms govern registration for and attendance at the North of England FRCS General Surgery Viva Course. By registering, you agree to these terms.

Bookings and fees

A place is confirmed once your registration is received and your payment has been processed (online via Stripe, or by invoice / offline arrangement). Fees for the current course are shown on the registration page. Places are limited and allocated on a first-come basis.

Transfers and cancellations

If your circumstances or exam date change, please contact us at b.amr@nhs.net as early as possible to discuss transferring your place to a future cohort. Our cancellation and refund arrangements will be confirmed to you at the point of booking.

Course content and conduct

The course is an educational mock-viva programme intended to support exam preparation; it does not guarantee any examination outcome. Course materials are provided for your personal use and remain our intellectual property. We ask all candidates and faculty to behave professionally and respectfully throughout.

Liability and governing law

To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with the course is limited to the fee paid. We may make reasonable changes to the programme, faculty, venue or dates where necessary. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
